Students enrolled in Survey of Music Technology will investigate the ways in which technology has affected music over the past 50 years. Additional areas of focus will be the present-day use of technology as it pertains to audio production, the Internet, and movies. Students will demonstrate their understanding of the course material through the completion of assignments (reading, listening and written), attending required concert events, and taking mid-term and final examinations.
